Tamile Ingram

Tamile Ingram has always carried a deep and unwavering love for the arts. From an early age, creativity became both a passion and a powerful form of self-expression. In her early teens, she had the incredible opportunity to produce an African dance piece for Performing Arts for Children Of Colour, which was later performed at the iconic Millennium Dome. This experience became a defining moment in her journey, strengthening her confidence, creativity, and belief in the power of the arts to inspire and unite communities.

While her love for the arts has remained constant, Tamile’s passion for working with young children has grown just as strongly. Through her work in education, she has witnessed how transformative creativity can be in shaping young minds, building confidence, discipline, and self-expression. Supporting children as they discover their own voices and talents is both a privilege and a purpose.

Tamile joined the team in 2026 and is truly grateful for the opportunity to work for and alongside Impact Dance, contributing to an environment where young people are encouraged to dream boldly and achieve greatly. She is excited for the journey ahead and looks forward to seeing how far the community can grow together.
