Kim Johnson

Kim has an eclectic background working in dance programming, project management, producing, and more recently tour and company management. After graduating with a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance and Culture from the University of Surrey, Kim began her career working as an Administrator at London Studio Centre.
Kim then spent a decade working at The Point, Eastleigh where in her role as Dance Programme Manager she curated the professional dance programme, produced large-scale festival events and delivered a vast range of specialist outreach, community and education projects. She also worked on the development of the Creation Space at The Point, a ground-breaking studio complex complete with residential facilities for artists.
After a number of freelance roles Kim began working with Vincent Dance Theatre, where in 2022 she managed the creation, development and subsequent UK tour of VDT’s production Hold Tight, before spending over a year as General Manager (Maternity Cover).
Kim joined the team at Impact Dance in September 2023.
