Rahim Kassam

Rahim Kassam has been involved in the arts for over 30 years. He has been a professional DJ specialising in Hip-Hop, RnB and Soul music. He has also been a radio presenter on Westside Radio, a community radio station based in Southall. 

Rahim is an experienced IT professional, specialising in IT Operations and Service Management. He has a strong passion for coaching people in the workplace with his years of experience. 

His first connection to Impact Dance was 20 years ago when he connected with Hakeem to produce a piece of work for a fund raising event in Hyde Park for the Aga Khan Foundation. From that moment, Hakeem and Rahim have been very good friends, working together at various events. Rahim has also deejayed for Impact Dance at live shows. 

Rahim Kassam was humbled to have been asked to become a Non-Exec Director at Impact Dance in 2024 to bring his years of operations and business experience to support the continued growth and evolution of Impact Dance.
