Nicola Baker

Nicola Baker – Non-Executive Director

Nicola Baker has had a 35-year career in international finance, in senior roles at BlackRock, NatWest, GE Capital and UK Finance, across three continents, including North and South America and Europe. 

For the last eight years, Nicola has specialised in Economic Crime prevention, and was previously a Board Member for the Dedicated Card and Payment Crime Unit (DCPCU), a public-private partnership between financial services, law enforcement and the Home Office. 

Nicola is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee of Migrateful and a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Finance Committee of Streetwise Opera, as well as being a member of the pensions Trustee Talent Team for GE Vernova. 

Nicola has a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, an MBA from INSEAD, and is a qualified teacher of ballet.
