Annaliese Dayes found a creative family at Impact Dance, learning teamwork, leadership, and confidence. These experiences became the springboard for a diverse career in media, fashion, and performance.

“Impact Dance shaped me as a person,” Annaliese explains. The company taught her how to work in teams, pursue her ambitions, and take practical steps toward realising her dreams, including hosting events and teaching dance.
Best Memories / Highlights
Performing at Sadler’s Wells, duets at The Peacock Theatre, and playful rivalries with peers remain highlights of Annaliese’s formative years. These moments captured the fun, creativity, and camaraderie of Impact.
Life After Impact
Annaliese has competed on Britain’s Next Top Model and the American version (placing third), hosted radio and TV shows including Heart nationwide and QVC, and built a career as a presenter and content creator – all informed by her early Impact experience.
I’ve been lucky enough to have a very diverse career since being in Impact Dance. All of which I can say wholeheartedly wouldn’t have happened without the support and transferable skills I learned at Impact Dance.
