Open Class Terms & Conditions 

By booking with Impact Dance you agree to engage in our ‘service’ and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Throughout this document the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Impact Dance Foundation CIC.

General Conditions 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

Prices and content of classes are subject to change without notice at any time. 

Impact Dance Foundation is not responsible for any injury, theft or damage to personal property. 

Health Liability Waiver 

You agree to the following: 

  • You will inform Impact Dance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs you may have, in advance of the class 
  • You will not participate in the class if any illness or injury prevents you from doing so  
  • You will act responsibly at all times 
  • You will not participate in any sessions if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs 

Studio Rules 

You agree that you will not: 

  • Wear stilettos, metal-tipped heels or tap shoes in the Studio 
  • Consume any food or drink other than water in the Studio 
  • Smoke or vape anywhere on the premises 
  • Consume or carry illegal drugs on the premises at any time 
  • Consume alcohol or be intoxicated on the premises 
  • Cause or allow any damage to the premises 
  • Cause or allow any damage to the equipment or property in or at the premises  
  • Commit inappropriate physical contact on the premises 

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

If you are no longer able to attend your booked slot, please cancel or reschedule your booking. Please try to release your slot at least 2 hours in advance so another dancer may take your place in the class. 

If you are a no-show for 2 weeks in a row without cancelling or rescheduling your booking, you will be unable to book any upcoming slots and your current booked slots will be released. Please email Kim at kim@impactdance.co.uk in order to reactivate your bookings. 

If Impact Dance needs to cancel the class for any reason, notice will be given to all participants who have reserved their slot online to the best of our ability.
