Impact Dance at Afro Dance Xplosion 2026
Impact Dance is proud to be part of Afro Dance Xplosion 2026: Transcen-dance, a vibrant celebration of dance from Africa and its Diaspora, bringing together homegrown and international artists.
This year’s festival features an exciting programme of dance companies and artists, including yours truly; Impact Dance, alongside Compagnie de danse africaine: Kobe Na Awati, directed by Aissata Kouyate, BOP Jazz Theatre Company, BlakeArts and Artistry Youth Dance.
The programme also includes the short film Ndono from Bakalama, Senegal, creating a rich programme that celebrates the diversity, creativity and cultural connections of African and Diasporic dance.
We’re delighted to be part of this year’s Transcen-dance festival and to contribute to a programme that brings artists, communities and audiences together through dance.
