Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu
Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu is the Founder, Creative Director, and Joint CEO of Uchenna, an award-winning national touring dance company whose work fuses Waacking, Vogue, and House with contemporary and traditional African dance to create powerful, socially engaged performances and workshops. She is the creative force behind acclaimed productions including The Head Wrap Diaries and Our Mighty Groove.
Vicki began her professional dance career with Impact Dance over two decades ago, before going on to build a multifaceted career across choreography, leadership, and cultural change.
Alongside co-leading Uchenna, she’s a sought-after choreographer and movement director for theatre and is Director of Empowerment at People Make It Work, supporting cultural organisations and independent leaders across the creative sector.
She also works independently as the Lighter Leadership™ Coach, supporting creative leaders and changemakers to trust themselves, redefine leadership on their own terms, and practise leadership that doesn’t cost them themselves.
