Impact Dance Partners with London Studio Centre to Empower the Next Generation of Dancers
At Impact Dance, we are passionate about providing talented young dancers from diverse backgrounds with the skills, training, and opportunities they need to succeed in the performing arts. We are thrilled to announce a dynamic new partnership with London Studio Centre (LSC), a leading vocational dance conservatoire.
Why This Partnership Matters
For 30 years, Impact Dance has been committed to making dance accessible for all, providing access to Hip-Hop Theatre, Street Dance training and Youth Development at the highest professional standard. We believe in creating pathways for young people to excel, and this partnership with LSC is a significant step forward in that mission.
LSC shares our core values of excellence, employability, and authentic performance experience. Together, we aim to offer our dancers more chances to grow and prepare them for a successful career in the performing arts industry.
Our Shared Commitment to Empowerment
This partnership is rooted in a long history of collaboration between Impact Dance and London Studio Centre. Hakeem Onibudo, our founder, has always been a vocal supporter of LSC, often recommending the conservatoire as a top choice for Impact dancers seeking vocational training. Our shared alumni, includes Onyemachi Ejimofor, Christina Hobbins, Liam Francis, Angela Hurst, and Sacha Marshall— a testament to the strength of collaboration.
By formalising this relationship, we are solidifying our commitment to the future of our dancers. Together, we will offer more opportunities for growth, collaboration and performance, ensuring that the next generation of dancers are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

What This Partnership Means for Impact Dancers
Through this collaboration, Impact dancers will continue to take regular classes delivered by LSC’s highly skilled instructors in Contemporary Dance. This training will complement the strong foundation provided by Impact, broadening their dance expertise and helping them transition smoothly into vocational training.
LSC students and alumni will be invited to perform at Impact’s major events, including our annual youth dance showcase, RE:DANCE, held at The Scoop on London’s Southbank. Our dancers will be offered a performance slot at the LSC Associates Showcase, further enhancing their stage presence and professional experience.
For those dancers who show exceptional promise, LSC will also provide individual guidance and audition preparation, supporting the development of Emerging Talent. This is a crucial aspect of our commitment to nurturing young dancers and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
A Bright Future Ahead
At Impact Dance, we believe in creating opportunities for all young dancers, regardless of their background, and we’re excited to see how this partnership with London Studio Centre will open new doors. By combining our passion for inclusive dance training with LSC’s world-class vocational expertise, we are creating an even brighter future for the dancers we work with.
We look forward to seeing the many ways this partnership will inspire, challenge, and transform the lives of our dancers. Together, we’re not just training future performers—we’re empowering the next generation of dance leaders.
